JL 69th in Central Park

Postby james1985 » Fri Oct 09, 2009 9:30 pm

I've just had one of the best experiences of my life, Beatlefans. I've been in NY nearly three months now, and so this was my first JL birthday.

Went down first @ 11am, there were a few people singing, it was nice.

Came back around half five in the afternoon (this time with guitar), and stood and played and sung and got emotional for nearly four hours. Around ten people with guitars, a couple of basses, drums, it was amazing. All kinds Beatle/John songs. I even managed to get Crippled Inside going after Imagine!

If any of you plan a trip to the city, come in October. Because the people who visit this site will absolutely love John's birthday in New York
And what's wrong with that?
