With the SHOUTcast Radio iPhone app you have access to up to 30,000 radio stations right on your mobile phone!
Of course MACCA Radio, Voice of The Beatles is what your realling interested in right!
Requirements:
- An original iPhone, iPhone 3G, or iPod Touch
- iPhone OS 2.0 or higher
- Data connection (WiFi, EDGE, or 3G)
To get this great free SHOUTcast Radio iPhone app:
- you have to first go to the iPhone Apps Store on your iPhone
- then search for "shoutcast", select the SHOUTcast Radio app
- notice that it's FREE!, hit FREE then hit INSTALL.
It comes with tons of internet radio stations but to add MACCA Radio:
- hit the Search eye glass on the botton right of the app
- then enter "macca" and SEARCH and bingo, 2 results:
- 96k HQ stream
- 48k LQ stream
- Click on the stream you would prefer
To add MACCA Radio to your Favorites just click on the Star, top right

Fstream iPhone App

The FStream iPhone app is a little WebRadio listener and recorder utility which is available for free in the App Store. Stream and listen to live radio stations on your iPhone including MP3, OGG, WMA, AAC and playlists like PLS, M3U, and ASX. This means you can stream pretty much anything on your iPhone using the FStream app.
New features in FStream include favorites, preset lookups, and automatic reconnection if a connection problem occurs.
This 3rd Party App is available at the Apple iTunes AppStore. Browse the full list of all AppStore apps filed under the AppStore category.
To get this great free SHOUTcast Radio iPhone app:
- you have to first go to the iPhone Apps Store on your iPhone
- then search for "fstream", select the Fstream app
- notice that it's FREE!, hit FREE then hit INSTALL.
This app when I got it came with one radio station installed so you will have to "ADD" MACCA Radio as a station..
- first, click on the "Favorites" along the bottom, then hit the "EDIT button top left
- click on the "+ Add new webradio"
- in the "Name" section enter "MACCA Radio"
- in the "URL" section enter:
"http://208.53.158.48" for HQ-96k stream, or
"http://208.53.158.48" for LQ-48k stream
- click on the "SAVE" button top right
That's it, now to test it and listen:
- click on the "Play" along the bottom left
- then select the name you entered, "MACCA Radio"
- should show, connecting, buffering, listening
